How to use it:

  • After running your die through the machine, remove the die and paper from the sandwich. (Dies and paper sold separately)
  • If paper is stuck inside the die’s little holes, leave it there - that’s what the brush is for.
  • Place the die face‑up on the included Foam Pad.
  • Put the die cutting-side down onto the foam (this protects the die and gives the brush something soft to work against).
  • Roll the Die Brush over the back of the die. Hold the die steady with one hand. Use the other hand to roll the die brush gently but firmly across the die.
  • Continue brushing until the small paper pieces start falling out onto the foam pad.
  • If you have any tiny pieces remaining in the die or the die-cut, use the die pick to poke out the pieces.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item purchased, you must contact us to arrange your return within 14 days of receipt of your order and they must arrive back with us within 30 days. Please reference your name and order number. We will then issue you with an authorized Sales Order Return Reference Number which you must include on the parcel when returning items to us. The costs of returning unwanted items must be covered by the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 10 working days and if applicable will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Only the cost of the goods will be refunded.

Please Note: Customers must ensure the items being returned are sufficiently packaged and unless faulty are in unused condition. We will not be held responsible for any damage sustained during transit resulting from poor packaging. In this case the items will be returned to the customer and the return will not be processed.
